Re opening after Lock-down: Checklist of Precautions for Covid-19
India recently relaxed some guidelines as it announced the fourth round of the lockdown & we are in last week of Lockdown. Assuming the lockdown is lifted, many of us will be venturing back to the office, while many will be rejoicing in the lifting of restrictions. Well, it is better to continue taking the necessary precautions as life won’t suddenly return back to normal once the lockdown ends. Now one need to be more cautious than before and ensure that others around us do the same, as the risk of contracting COVID-19 infection would be still there, in fact risk will increase. So here is A Checklist of Precautions:
- Use Mask and Gloves. Never ever leave for office without these two things.
- Sanitize your hands after roughly every alien surface you happen to touch.
- Any place where the notion of social distancing is supposed to not live up should be avoided. For transport Use a private vehicle if possible.
- Don’t touch your face, mouth or nose.
- Make sure, you do not sneeze or cough in open.
- Ensure that every employee gets his/her temperature checked before entering the office premises.
- Carry your stationery from home OR keep your stationery / work tools separate in office to reduce the risk of being contaminated.
- Prefer not to eat from outside.
- Ensure supremely precautious surroundings in office washrooms.
- If you find any COVID symptoms – cold, fever, breathlessness or loss of sense of taste or smell – stop going to the office with immediate effect and seek medical health, and tell others to do the same if it happens to them as well.
- Ensure 24 -hour sanitization of the factory premises.
- Ensure & update COVID 19 health and prevention staff education.
- Care Towards Cure advising & giving preventive Homeopathy medicines for Covid-19, to be taken before you leave for the office or go outdoors.
- Maintain social & physical distancing at workplace :
- Create physical barriers to ensure the physical distance within the work floor and dining facilities.
- Provide face protection shields along with masks and PPEs.
- Make a plan for Working in shifts.
